1. License-Free Usage
Our products are intended to operate on license-free frequency bands (PMR 446 or equivalent as permitted in India) and are suitable for short-range communication without the need for an individual wireless operating license.
2. User Responsibility
The customer/user is solely responsible for: Using the device within permitted frequency ranges Β· Ensuring compliance with applicable laws Β· Avoiding unauthorized modification of frequency, power output, or antenna.
3. No Unauthorized Modification
Any modification, tampering, or reprogramming of the device to operate outside permitted bands is strictly prohibited. Such actions may violate Indian wireless laws and can result in penalties. FALCON shall not be held liable for any misuse or illegal operation.
4. Compliance Limitation
While FALCON makes reasonable efforts to supply compliant devices, regulatory norms may change from time to time. It is the customer's responsibility to verify current regulations if required.
5. Commercial / Bulk Usage
For commercial, industrial, or large-scale deployment, additional permissions or approvals may be required from relevant authorities. Customers are advised to consult with WPC or telecom experts before deployment.
6. Liability Disclaimer
FALCON shall not be responsible for legal consequences arising from improper or illegal use, or fines, penalties, or regulatory actions taken against the user.
