Warranty & Exchange Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

This Warranty & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from FALCON through its website or authorized sales channels within India.

By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms stated herein, in accordance with applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. No Return / Refund Policy

FALCON follows a strict no return and no refund policy.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer laws in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or defective products.

3. 7-Day Limited Exchange Policy (DOA / Defective Products Only)

We provide a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery strictly for products that are:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Found to have manufacturing defects

Conditions for exchange:

  • Issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, invoice, and all accessories
  • No signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering

All exchange requests are subject to technical inspection and verification by FALCON.

4. Limited Warranty Coverage

FALCON provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only, under normal usage conditions:

  • Main Walkie-Talkie Unit: 12 Months
  • Battery and Charger: 6 Months

Warranty period begins from the date of invoice.

5. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty shall be void and not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Water or liquid ingress
  • Improper handling, negligence, or misuse
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or tampering
  • Use not in accordance with product instructions
  • Normal wear and tear

6. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Customer must provide a valid original invoice
  • Product must be sent to FALCON or authorized service location for inspection

FALCON reserves the right to accept or reject claims based on technical evaluation.

7. Shipping Terms

  • Customer shall bear one-way shipping cost for sending the product for exchange or warranty claim
  • FALCON will bear return shipping cost after repair/replacement, if claim is approved

8. Repair / Replacement Policy

  • Claims will be processed within 7–10 business days from receipt of the product
  • FALCON may repair or replace the defective product at its discretion
  • Replacement may be with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality

9. Out-of-Warranty Service

  • Products outside the warranty period may be serviced on a chargeable basis
  • Repair costs will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, FALCON shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, profits, or data arising from product use or failure

11. Compliance with Indian Laws

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
